DBE is on the verge of becoming a significant attractor for a lot of different stakeholders, I have noticed a change in peoples reactions and interest over the past few months. The regional networking meeting is a good example of this - a crowded meeting,packed agenda, not enough time to discuss what we wanted. That's a good sign but just the beginning of a large challenge. There are now high expectations and we need to ensure that there is proper follow up and action, as well as delivery in as much as this is possible within the project. What we can't deliver can be communicated to the DBE community as a challenge.
